Dr. is an MIT professor and director of the Computer Science and Laboratory (CSAIL). She is a leading expert in the field of and has made significant contributions to the development of autonomous systems and artificial intelligence.

Dr. Rus received her bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in computer science from the University of Toronto. She then joined the faculty at MIT, where she has been a professor since 1998.
