If you are in a business (which i believe we all are in one way or the other), remember one thing – Your customer wants to be engaged !
Do a random act of marketing kindness and talk to one of your customers today. Ask them how their day is, what their experiences are using your product or service and offer them an unbiased opinion about how they can maximise the benefits from your products. While you are doing this, try to feel what they are saying and not just listen. That makes a huge difference !
Engagement is about finding out how to make your customers feel better through your products and services. In the end everything that is bought is based on emotion and very little on need.
